Returns & Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

All blinds are manufactured according to the measurements, fabric, color, and specifications selected by the customer. Therefore, custom-made blinds are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before production begins.
  • Once manufacturing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share photographs/videos showing the issue.
  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Incorrect Measurements Provided by Customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements during ordering.

  • Products manufactured according to the submitted dimensions are not eligible for return or refund.
  • We recommend carefully reviewing measurements before placing an order.

5. Color Variations

Actual fabric colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing batches.

  • Minor color variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

6. Installation Issues

Refunds or returns cannot be processed for installation-related problems caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Wall or window structure limitations
  • Damage caused during installation

7. Replacement Policy

Eligible replacement requests will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
